Change Oil

Frequently Asked Questions

How often do my car’s tires need to be rotated?
We recommend rotating tires every 6,000 miles. Rotating the tires on schedule helps extend the life of your tires.

Do you sell tires?
We do! Our service advisors will help you select the tires that are best for your vehicle and your budget.

What can I do to ensure my vehicle lasts as long as possible?
Proper maintenance is key. This starts with the oil change service. At our shop you receive a courtesy safety inspection with every oil change. Your service advisor will alert you to minor issues before they lead to a major repair.

Do I need to make an appointment to get my car’s oil changed?
Appointments for oil changes aren’t necessary. During the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., you may walk in to request an oil change. Our oil changes take approximately 30-45 minutes and include a safety inspection. If you are on a tight schedule, it is best to call ahead, so we can minimize your wait time.

What do I do if I need to drop off my vehicle after hours?
After hours, you may park your vehicle in one of the marked spaces in our lot. We have a key-drop box on the door to the east of the office door. Pull down the drop box door and you will find envelopes to write your information on. Place your keys into the envelope and drop it through the slot inside the drop box. Be sure to mark your preferred method of communication: home phone, work phone, cell, email or text.

I need to have my vehicle towed to your shop. Do you have a tow truck?
Although we don’t own a tow truck, we’d be happy to recommend a towing company, just give us a call.

What kind of vehicles do you work on?
We service most makes and models of domestic, Asian and European cars, sport-utility, light- and medium-duty trucks.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi in our lobby.

Will you contact me before you repair my vehicle?
Yes, we will contact you with our recommendations, answer your questions and get your approval to perform the maintenance or repair. Please give us your preferred method of contact: phone, email or text. We can email estimates and photos to you to help in your decision-making.
